Mac Nutcracker Sweet Copper Face Compact

Hello Everyone.
I was so excited to write this post because today I will be talking about the new holiday collection launch by Mac Cosmetics. The one thing that caught my eye was the Nutcracker Sweet Copper Face Compact. The packaging is so gorgeous, I love the fuchsia and the burgundy stripes and the logo that is embroidered with a gold thread.

When opened it has a large mirror and two beautiful shades. The first one is a highlighter called Whisper of gilt. This highlighter was so famous back in the day's and I'm so happy they decided to bring it back and I was able to get my hands on it. It is a shimmery pale gold that glides on like a dream when applied on top of your cheekbones, it has a lovely sparkle to it with just one swipe you can blind anyone when having it on. The second one is a gorgeous blush called Pleasure Model. It is a peachy brown shade which is a perfect shade because you can use this for an everyday use. When applying it you can build it up and it is long lasting on the cheeks.

You Can Still purchase this product at your local Selfridges and Debenhams stores.

Becca/Jacklyn Hill Face Palette

Hello everyone,
Today I have a exciting post for you all. As you can tell from the title I got my hands on the Jaclyn Hill Face Palette. I have been watching Jaclyn's YouTube video's for a really long time and i never imagined that i would own one of her products.
First lets talk about the packaging, it feels very luxurious, it feels like you opened a treasure full of gold hehe. I love the white and gold detail, the logo is very stylish and there is also a full sized mirror.

As you can see from the pictures there are three blushes. The first blusher Rose Spritz is very pretty pink shade with gold glitter in it, its a great blusher to use when you are having a night out. Second one Amaretto, is a matte almond/pink and can be used as 2 in 1 for blush and contour. The third blusher called Pamplemousse would look so good when used in the summer because its a bright pink blush and a little goes a long way.
The two highlighters are called Champagne Pop and Prosecco pop. If you own a individual  champagne pop you would know it has a peachy undertones and has silver sparkles in it and Prosecco pop has warm gold undertones and gives a lovely glow to the face.

Overall I really love this blush palette, I have been using it since i got my hands on it and I know i made a good investment because all these blushers/highlighters will last me a long time. I will for sure be purchasing other products from Becca/Jaclyn Hill in the future.

How I Conceal My Dark Circles

Hello Everyone,
I know its been so long, I haven't given much love to my little blog but long story short...I'm back! ;)
So today I want to talk about how I like to cover my stubborn dark circles. I have noticed in the past few months my dark circles have got really worse, so it was time to take care of them.

What I like to do first is start off by applying a eye cream under my eyes. I like to use Mac Mineralize Charged Water Moisture Eye Cream. This helps to moistures and hydrate the area making it more brighter and less creasing when it comes to applying concealer and it also reduces the fine lines.

Then I like to go in with my Bobbi Brown Corrector using my fingers to dab were my darks circles are more visible. I then go over with my all time favourite Mac Pro Longwear Concealer and blend it out using my Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge. Straight away after that I like to set my concealer with my Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder

You should never use a concealer that is too light for your natural skin tone it will draw more attention to dark circles. Your concealer should be the same shade as your base. There are so many good concealers out there to try and see what works for you. I would highly recommend checking out 'Into The Gloss' they have lots of helpful information in deciding which concealer is best to use for those uninvited dark circles.

February Favourites 2015

 Hello everyone,
There is not that many things to talk about in todays post but lately i have been all about the nude lipsticks so i have two products to share with you today.

Rimmel Exaggerate Lipliner in Eastend Snob - I have never used a lip liner before but everyone has been talking about this product, so I thought I would try it out and seriously I have been obsessed with it. Its such a pretty pink shade you can also wear it alone if you want to have kylie jenner lips.

Bourjois Rouge Edition Velvet Lipstick in Nude-ist - Again another favourite nude matte lipstick of mine. Whenever I'm getting ready this is the only lipstick I will reach out for, its a deep pink shade that glides on so easily and it lasts all day.

Most Loved Beauty Products For 2014

Hello everyone,
Welcome to my first post for 2015.
Today I wanted to do a quick post on sharing with you the beauty products that were most loved by me in 2014.

Makeup Revolution Iconic 3 Eyeshadow Palette and Makeup Revolution Eyeshadow Palette in Flawless- If you have seen my recent haul (here) then you will know I haven't had these palettes for long but seriously they have became my number one eyeshadow palettes.  The flawless eyeshadow palette has been my favourite for this winter season because they have the colours which I totally would wear on an everyday basis and same goes for the iconic 3 palette, this has been my most used too, I'm just obsessed with the neutral shades.

Bourjois Rouge Edition Velvet Lipstick in Peach Club - (review here) My all time favourite lipstick and forever will be. I know It will still be loved in 2015. I have used this lipstick all summer and even though this shade is not for autumn/winter season I still use it because beauty does not have any rules ladies.

Maybelline Colour Sensational Lipstick in Midnight Plum - Another favourite lipstick which I loved wearing for this autumn. I love how pigmented this lipstick is, its not drying at all on my lips and is long lasting. You can click here, I talk more about this product.

Maybelline Superstay 24Hr Foundation - If you have seen the makeup looks that I have done on my blog in the past then you will know this has been my most loved foundation. I love that its long lasting and makes my skin look flawless. You can check out my full review here.
